Delivery
Simply drop your converters off at our facility, and you’re done. That’s it. Your shipment will be placed in its own containers, clearly marked and quarantined for decanning.

Decanning
Your converters will then be decanned on one of our hydraulic shears. The material is captured during this process into bulk polypropylene fabric bags capable of holding 2,000 lbs of catalyst material without the hazard of material loss through breakage or leakage associated with boxes. The resulting dust from this process is carefully contained and captured with high powered industrial vacuum systems, and is added back to your material when decanning is completed

Analysis
Your material will then be shipped to one of the largest refineries in the world for analysis via Fire Assay, the industry standard laboratory process for accurately testing precious metals composition of large sample sizes. Your material will have its own Lot i.d. number, analysis, and recorded test results. The test results will be forwarded directly to you upon receipt.

Settlement
There are multiple payment options, tailored to your own specific workflow needs. All payment options are ultimately based on the actual precious metals content of your assayed material.

Lynch Recycling has an entire fleet of trucks, ranging from pick-up to semi tractor and trailers. Our entire fleet is maintained via DOT specifications and are operated by class A CDL licensed drivers who are also trained and experienced satellite buyers. |
